2025 EA Alliance meeting - April

Dear EAs and PAs to LG COG members

I am excited to invite you to the Local Government Chief Officers’ Group Executive Assistants’ Alliance meeting from 2 to 4 April 2025 in Blacktown City!

This will be a great opportunity for us to connect, share insights and collaborate with fellow professionals in our field.

The attached ‘Save the date’ invitation provides an overview of the 3 days. 

The final program will include open mic sessions on:

1. Effective Time Management Strategies
   Tips and tools for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
2. Building Professional Relationships
   Best practices for networking within and outside the organisation.
3. Navigating Remote Work Challenges
   Insights on maintaining productivity and communication in a hybrid environment.

and opportunities to share your experiences, including on subjects such as ‘Crisis management: Staying calm under pressure’, which I believe will resonate with many attendees.

If you would like to contribute ideas for additional (time permitting) topic discussions or experience sharing, please let me know by end November 2024.
